My dog and I have only been to the vet once there but they were very good and professional. Now I do take Lady to be groomed there and mind you Lady is not easy to groom, she is like a tornado. I took her to many places and they said they couldn't groom her anymore. But, here Micheal does a great job and has never turned us away. I do not know if he is just very good with problem pets or if she is calm for him but he is the only one we go to!!!!!

I like that the groomer likes my dog way more than the humans who bring him. He also does a great job grooming our cat - reduces shedding all over the house and she isn't nervous to go.

I got a new dog, a rescue. I needed to make sure she was healthy and could be spayed. The Pet Stop called me as soon as they had an opening. They welcomed my new dog and scheduled her spay. Thank you!

I have a very old Lab who is difficult to transport to appointments. Staff is always willing to help her in/out of the car, which is a big plus for me given her 116 lbs! I'm always greeted cheerfully and staff is always willing to offer helpful tips to keep my old girl happy. I've been a client for over 20 years and can't imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else! My old girl and I are always treated like we're the most important people there, and she happily goes in for her "visit". The vets and techs are not only professional, but honest and thorough. Try them - you and your fur babies will be glad you did!

NOTICE: I do these reviews to assist the Handicap ♿ community with accessibility clarity as well as to offer potential new clients to have a piece of work crafted from an actual experience form the reviewer. LETS GET INTO IT 1st off. My dog is leery of vet clinics and your may be also. We entered the facility and I was shocked at the professional environment I had entered. I thought I was at Providence Hospital but for dogs. Lol! KATIE.....was extremely friendly and she took the necessary steps to create a relationship with my buddy Skipper. He has had a lip infection for quite awhile where his lips swell up immensely and they crust over and itch causing irritation and him to scratch. This causes bleeding and open sores to exist. Also has been dealing with intense ear infections for a few years now and skin irritation. My dog usually hides behind me when a vet pulls out the stethoscope but Katie was so gentle with him that he gave her the permission to approach. His was awesome. I was impressed. I have a 2nd appointment scheduled in a week and a half with a different associate so I will see how it goes then or if I just got lucky with Katie helping us. The team at the Pet Stop have been by our side for over 14 years! Through the 850 service dogs I have trained, and through our personal dogs, this team have been incredible! From regular checkups to major surgery, this team has walked with us! I understand that The Pet Stop have gone through changes with COVID and then with Doctor Wilson retiring, this team was always there willing to help our animals! If you are looking for top notch doctors, a caring front end staff, and the best vet techs around, stop in to The Pet stop with your loving furry family members!

Tia went in for kennel cough vaccine as we are taking foster dog from up north. I liked I was able to get in without much wait. I am using spca for foster neutering as the price although still like 250 not as high like 1/3 of cost at private vet I do think the rise in vet care has been a real cause for pets being given up as the charge for care has jumped dramatically since everyone took advantage of pandemic Not just vets but many are abusing us because they can fall back with the excuse access is a problem But aside from that I was satisfied with the care my dog received I do not think she needed an exam to get this vaccine If you notice changes in your pet sure like a professional to examine and diagnose issue but for someone to listen to heart and lungs feel their abdomen and think that’s going to prevent a late diagnosis I don’t buy it. The high cost that has jumped over the past few years leaves many pets abandon and the hearts of children broken to lose their best friend. I can’t imagine how those kids parents must feel taking their family pet to the pound.

Got my Berniedoodle a haircut. always great service at the Pet Stop. They are friendly people who do a great job. I will continue to get Summer groomed there as well as her yearly checkup and vaccines.

I have been taking my cats here for the last several years and recently our family has added an AussieDoodle into our coop and we just love taking him into the PetStop. Everyone working stops to say to our pup and he is very comfortable here. I have enjoyed seeing the same familiar faces through this puppy stage that we are in and it makes for a pleasant visit every time. My son comes to all the visits and all the providers and staff take the time to answer all of his many questions and even take to showing him how things are done (most recently how to look at samples in a microscope). We love it here!
